IDCtheory mean platform for interactive learning and collaborative research IdCtheory is in the business of supplying online and virtual classroom services.

The Customer is the individual or company purchasing services from IDCtheory.

Learner is the individual undertaking IDCtheory classes or workshops.

Confirmation is the date the contract between IDCtheory and the Customer commences and payment has been received or agreed by IDCtheory.

Contract means the agreement between IDCtheory and the Customer to provide education service according to these terms and conditions.

Delivery day means the date of classes or workshops 

Intellectual Property Rights refers to the copyright (and similar rights) in and to the confidential company information and all training resources including; course content and images, workbooks, infographics, photographs, designs, animations, logo(s), course narrative, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights.

Costs means price plus VAT (where applicable as indicated by IDCtheory).

 
Refunds  IDCtheory can not offer any refunds in the meantime 

Services means the services provided by IDCtheory to the Customer as set out in the agreement between IDCtheory and the Customer.

Terms refer to our website terms of use, sales terms and our privacy policy.

We/Us means IDCtheory.

IDCtheory is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights relating to our services. No resources belonging to IDCtheory can be downloaded, copied, saved, duplicated, stored, archived, held or used without referring to IDCtheory as its source .
